Prompt: picture of Cairo

It had been years since Black Jack had been to Cairo. He at least remembered how to thank the hotel staff in their language. His appearance attracted attention, especially the black cloak in this heat, but that never stopped.

His patient awaited in a wealthy neighborhood. He would pay whatever the unlicensed doctor chose to charge, which was plenty. But he had another letter in his pocket, a plea from someone in another part of Cairo.

That patient he would treat for the challenge, he told himself. But really, sometimes integrity mattered more than being the great Dr. Black Jack.
