The thought is brief, but for the time it remains it's overwhelming. It's still there when the other feelings come; shock, confusion, fear. Jeremy is seeing the dead. Bonnie knows it isn't good. Something must be done about it, so things become normal again.

She understands that. She gets around to thinking those things, as she should. Doing the right thing. It's something she has sworn to do. But the moment she thought Grandma, the thought stayed, and even though it went away after the first time, it keeps coming back, and though Bonnie tries, she can't turn it away.
